♥ NESY: I have reached my limit

Not funny....Yes, I have reach my maximum weight...and its NOT funny...And seriously, i need to do something about it...And seriously, Im going to quit all the sweet stuff...including my favourite CHOCOLATES...well, at least for a month!

Hopefully...I don't look as bloated as now when i got back Malaysia in a month time...Move NESY!

♥ WORLD FOOD DAY: The World is HUNGRY



Demonstrators attended the protest, lied down on the steps of the Opera Garnier in Paris to highlight the one billion people in the world who have been pushed into hunger in 2009








October 16, World Food Day, let us reflect on those numbers and the human suffering behind them. Crisis or no crisis, we have the know-how to do something about hunger. At a time when the global economic crisis dominates the news, the world needs to be reminded that not everyone works in offices and factories. The crisis is stalking the small-scale farms and rural areas of the world, where 70 percent of the world's hungry live and work.


Dont....Don't take food for granted.
